How has your participation changed since your earliest fandom experiences? How do those changes make you feel?
instead of feeling like i need to hide my interest in HD, i'm ok with talking about it with other people now. i've made some friends in the HD fandom which is a lot of fun. also, instead of leaving guest kudos, i have my own ao3 and comment on things i enjoy.
